Recently I come across a lot of studies that confirm, that a gratefulness routine is one of the simplest and fastest ways to form a healthy habit. And
Easy Tip: Every morning (and evening) , right after waking up, remind yourself of something that you are grateful for. It can be anything: Your partner, your dog, your life, your parents, your family, etc. Just try to think of something that really makes you feel something - You sense a body resonance or an emotion arising and you expand that feeling of gratefulness outwards. Let it grow from the center of your heart and feel it warming up your chest:) Enjoy the ripple effect outwards - growing bigger circles.
Strengthening the muscle - to be grateful - the more you practice - the more powerful this inner feeling of happiness will become.
