This is the easiest way to release tensions and soak up the natural phytoncites that benefit our mental and physical health by just walking slowly through a forest. When have you last tried to walk barefood and consciously through a forest?


How to: Walk slowly (best barefeet) in the forest or park, trail, garden, or in a city in a quiet street among trees. Just sense the presence of the tree. Try to feel them. They are living amazing creatures - that deserve to be seen. Just try to follow your breath - in and out - don't force it, just follow it. While walking, you can enjoy breathing and enjoying the trees.
